One of the most common questions we get here and in our classes is how to prepare using real life experiences. Though we rarely tell our students they can't do something, this is one of the areas where we suggest extreme caution. Jim dives into those internal feedback cues we should listen to in order to avoid lingering emotion after a preparation.
