材料:600克五花肉、1块姜、4瓣蒜、2勺料酒、1勺生抽、1勺麻油、半勺胡椒粉、1勺白糖、1勺虾酱
面糊:2个蛋清、2勺面粉、3勺玉米淀粉
1)把五花肉去皮切薄片放进碗,姜&蒜切片备用
2)碗中加入姜片、蒜片、2勺花雕酒、1勺生抽、1勺麻油、半勺胡椒粉、1勺白糖、1勺虾酱搅拌均匀腌制1小时
3)准备2个蛋清、2勺面粉、3勺玉米淀粉搅拌均匀,把肉片倒入抓均
4)热锅热油,加入肉片炸至金黄色捞出,再翻炸30秒就完成
