with another Monday morning market update.

For the third consecutive week mortgage rates
have dropped once again.

The 30-year fixed interest rate averages around
3.4 percent which is the lowest rate we've seen
in four years with these rates at their lowest demand
to buy is rising and expect it to jump start in early spring.

home buying season which is generally
the most popular time of year to purchase a home but how is the
coronavirus going to impact the industry.
.
.
More Chinese cities are on lockdown as
coronavirus cases soar we are already seeing
stock prices declining so 17 years ago when the SARS hit China
domestic trade suffered significantly in
the stock markets fell.

.
However the global economy is now much more interconnected and the Chinese
economy is much more important at the time of.SARS outbreak China's share of
the world's economy was only around 5% and today it's more than 16 percent.
.
.
It's now the world's second largest economy and is an important export market
for Germany products and the starting point of many global supply chains the
real estate market will likely see a decline in the higher end market over the
next coming weeks and turmoil which the coronavirus has caused.

Investors tend to pull money out of the stock market and into safer more stable
US Treasury bonds and when the bonds are strong mortgage rates tend to fall.
.
.
This trend is something to look at for the next few weeks and a track as we watch
how the awful virus has an impact for now.
