Many people think these old parts are obsolete, but I demonstrate that they are actually fully compatible with modern Roland TD modules! It’s a great way to add an extra crash, splash, or tom to your setup for cheap.
Important Note: To make this work, you must keep the original mounting gear from the HD-1 kit, as standard rack clamps won't fit these specific pads.
