This session is designed to challenge your body and calm your mind, moving through a series of scaled-up variations that build heat, strength, and internal focus.
We begin by grounding in a restorative Child’s Pose, setting an intention for the hour ahead. From there, we awaken the spine with intentional movement, flowing through Sun Salutations A and B to prepare the body for our standing series.
This practice is an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are today. If a pose feels too intense, I encourage you to listen to your body and find a variation that offers ease. We will finish our journey with a gentle inversion and a deep, restful Savasana, allowing the work of the hour to integrate into your physical and energetic body.
