Visiting Sarajevo for the First Time | Bosnia-Herzegovina Travel Vlog

We we're just blown away by the amazing location of this wonderful city! Nestled in between the mountains makes it so beautiful and striking. It has such a difficult recent history, with the Bosnian war and the siege of Sarajevo, which we learned a lot about throughout our time exploring here. To learn more about what happened we recommend the Sarajevo War Tunnels museum.

As well as the usual history museums, places of worship, historic streets and tourist spots, one of the coolest places to visit in Sarajevo is the old Olympic Bobsleigh track! It's no longer in use but still get's plenty of visitors and is in a great spot to see the city from above and enjoy an unusual half day out! And of course while here, don't forget to slow down and stop at a local café and enjoy a Bosnian Coffee and watch life go by.
