Through the Empowered WB project, we are supporting associations and local authorities across the Western Balkans to strengthen their capacities in project proposal writing.

As highlighted by Prof. Adis Arapović, significant funding opportunities remain unused due to limited awareness and knowledge — and this is exactly where change can begin.

Better-trained teams mean stronger projects, more effective use of available funds, and greater support for communities across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
