Adding the Form Button
Excel’s data form feature is not shown by default. To enable it,
Right-click the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) at the top and choose "Customize."
From Excel Options, select "All Commands," then find and add "Form" to the QAT.
Using the Data Entry Form
Place your cursor anywhere in the table and click the "Form" button on the QAT or Ribbon.
The form will appear, displaying fields for each table header. Fill in the data and use:
Tab: Move to the next field.
Enter: Save the record and start a new one.
Buttons on the form allow you to add new records, edit, find, or delete existing records.
After entering data, hit "Enter" or click "New" to add the record to your table.
