ARRL had been stealing fron FCC by charging money ( and making money) while using FCCS fancy and expensive computer systems FOF FREE in this process.
Dont blame FCC for having to pay for a license, blame ARRL.
My comments to FCC in re RM 11759 (?, the ' give technicians HF phone privileges scam) exposed this reverse transfer scam and as a result, FCC implemented the fee.
So what have ARRL (Amateur Radio Ripoff League) done with that money?
