What am I doing here, exactly? I am doing what I call: the ultimate self love & care practice. Expressing and liberating my truth through breath, sound, and movement.

It's a moment of revelation, a deep unfolding. It's pure therapy. That transcends mind, time and space. Call it a “Sound Healing” as everyone does nowadays, or a “Vocal Alchemy” liberation or activation. It’s expression, it’s healing, it’s medicine, that’s for sure. It’s my therapy, and maybe it can be yours too, if it helps you in any way.

It brings me much joy to know that my medicine can maybe serve as your medicine too, after all, we are not so different from each other and why keep to ourselves something that can help one, two, three, 30, 1,000 or even a million people? It is a human made resource, weaved through energy, through essence, through truth and love – a powerful remedy indeed that can help to liberate, ease and reawaken peace and well-being. It lives in us and it belongs to ALL. So I feel that I do my part as an earthly star by sharing this intimate moment with you.
