Requirements:

A Windows PC
A SB cable

Required files:

UsbDk_1.0.22
MTK-Driver-v5.2307.zip
MTK_USB_All_v1.0.8.zip
SP_Flash_Tool_v6.2216_Win.zip
Visual-C-Runtimes-All-in-One-Feb-2024.zip
rodin_241205.3.VOJCNXM.FACTORY.rar (engineering factory ROM)

1️ Install all required software
2. Download all files listed above.
3. Install the following:
Visual C++ Runtimes
USB DK
MTK_USB_All_
MTK Drivers
.NET Framework (only if SP Flash Tool requests it)
4. After installing everything, restart your PC.
5. Prepare the ROM and SP Flash Tool
6. Extract the engineering ROM
rodin_241205.3.VOJCNXM.FACTORY.rar
Preferably extract it directly to your C:\ drive, for example:
C:\rodin_241205.3.VOJCNXM.FACTORY\
7. Extract SP Flash Tool anywhere you prefer, for example:
C:\SPFlashTool\
8. Configure SP Flash Tool
9. Launch SPFlashTool.exe
10. Click “Download XML” and select the
C:\rodin_241205.3.VOJCNXM.FACTORY\images\download_agent/flash
11: Choose the correct flashing mode

You will see three options:

Download Only
Firmware Upgrade
Format All + Download ❌ (DANGEROUS)

✔️ Correct option to select:
Firmware Upgrade

12.- Start the flashing process
13. Click the green “Download” button.
14. Connect your POCO X7 Pro powered off.
15. If necessary, press Power + Volume+ + Volume- while connecting to trigger detection.
16. Wait patiently — do not disconnect the device until the process finishes.
17. When completed, the phone will boot automatically with the bootloader already unlocked.
18: After recovery

Now your device is unbricked and unlocked bootloader
You can flash any ROM you want via fastboot.

19: If your device is not detected

Try the following:

Reinstall the MTK drivers
Reinstall USB DK
Reinstall MTK USB All
Use another USB cable
Try another USB port
Hold Power + Volume+ + Volume- while plugging in

Restart your PC
