Swiss roll is delicious desert. Its also called Swiss Roll, Jam roll. Its also named after the fillings inside. Such as Vanilla swiss roll, Strawberry swiss roll etc. Everyone like this item. It can be made with different patterns. On valentines day I prepared a swiss roll with heart pattern and shape. The ingredients for making this yummy and beautiful roll cake are as follows:

Icing sugar 12 gram
Butter 12 gram
Flour 12 gram
For sponge:
Egg 3
Sugar 6 tablespoons
Flour 7 & half tablespoons
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Oil 1.5 tbsp.
