This is why you should never leave a CNC unattended.
I usually use the Dewalt DW660 but it broke (see my previous video). So I used a Dewalt DWP611 with Worker Drone's quick release adapter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:102.... This should have been a ~8.5 hour roughing cut for a relief but it failed at about 2.5 hours.
Luckily the damage seems to have been limited the the machine, there is some smoke damage on the wall and ceiling but nothing else looks damaged.
Originally, the machine was done in white ABS and later I replaced some parts with black PLA. You can see that there was no PLA remaining and many of the ABS parts were warped due to the heat.
