Описание: Vision Inc. announced its Partial Revision of the Business Strategy (2025–2028) and Future Dividend Policy (Update). For the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, the Company achieved record-high profit while making proactive upfront investments. By adapting to changes in the market environment through a “corporate shift,” “AI-driven efficiency,” and “product transformation,” consolidated operating profit increased 20.5% year on year, while net income rose 34.0% compared with the previous fiscal year. In this revision of the plan, we have reassessed our projections to adopt a more conservative plan aligned with demand trends and the external environment, while setting a target operating margin of 20.0% for fiscal 2028. The Company will evolve our earnings structure by Establishing a foundation by strengthening corporate ratio and improving ARPU and expanding gross profit-focused stock and strengthening cross-selling. During the period of the Business Strategy, we will pay dividends with a target of either a 50% dividend payout ratio or a DOE of 8%, whichever is higher.
