Weight regain on or off a GLP1 is a genuine fear and being nearly 100lbs down I have a mix of belief that this time is "THE" time it will stick and a fear that I am one binge away from going back to my old habits. Surely I have learned how to do this already and my habits and behaviours will see me win this eternal battle with my weight?
