You will Need

Vegetable oil for greasing your equipment
Equal Quantities of Corn Flour and Confectioners Sugar

1/2 a cup of Cold Water
20g / 3/4 oz of Unflavoured Gelatin
1 cup of Glucose
1/2 a cup of Water
1.5 cups of White Sugar
1/4 of a teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
100g /3.5oz of Passion fruit Pulp

The Temperature of the boiling Sugar mix is 240'F / 115'C
