This has a great funky vibe. I'll really get into some details of how I'm thinking about the notes of the scales I'm using and how they function over each chord in the progression. One note can mean something different over a different chord, for example, G is the 5 of C7, but it's also the root of a G7, or the 9 of F7. Getting into these finer points will help your phrasing and also, hopefully, reduce how much you're jumping around. As I've been saying recently to some students, "sometimes the note you're looking for is the note you're on". Anyway, hope you enjoy!
