This video was made as a protest piece responding to the construction of two purposed Natural Gas pipelines in the State of Virginia. The Atlantic Coast Pipeline would pass right next to the spiritual community of Yogaville in Buckingham County and the compressor station is slated to be built on top of the rural community of Union Hill. We filmed this video at a shrine at Yogaville called Kailash, which overlooks the Lotus Temple and the James River. This video location is very close to the site where the pipeline companies plan to horizontally drill under the James River. Super 8 footage collected is of Virginia Landscapes that would be gravely impacted by the construction of the pipeline including the Great dismal Swamp and the Jefferson National Forest.
