It's a new month, and Spring is knocking on our door! Also, it might help to say Steam season is right around the corner! Here's something to get your appetites going.
The main event of the trip I took with Paul, Rudy, Ryan, and Mike! Ryan and I rode on the Norfolk & Western 611 excursion train on Saturday May 7th, NS 956 from Roanoke, VA to Lynchburg, VA and back. This video features a number of scenes from that round trip. Also, a number of N&W 611 chase scenes throughout the balance of the weekend.
The many shots of Norfolk Southern and CSX trains from the weekend trip will be thrown in at a later package. Enjoy! Special thanks to NS and the Fire Up 611 committee for getting this engine rolling! Also special thanks to Paul for having us on the trip.
