🟢食材:
海蝦 600 克
青瓜 800 克
薑 1 片
蒜頭 1 瓣
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 青瓜洗淨去皮去瓤,斜切成粗條,與蝦仁大小相同。蝦洗淨去殼去腸留頭。
2️⃣ 爆香蝦頭後加入青瓜煮 2 分鐘,盛出時將蝦頭檢走。
3️⃣ 蝦仁煎 1 分鐘(每面煎 30 秒),加入青瓜翻炒 1 分鐘,調味後上碟即可。
📌備註:片中的「胡瓜」香港人稱為「青瓜」,在其他華人地區常稱為「大黃瓜」。
🟢Ingredients:
Shrimp - 600g
Cucumber - 800g
Ginger - 1 slice
Garlic - 1 clove
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash the cucumber, peel off the skin and seeds, and cut into thick strips that are the same size as the shrimp. Wash the shrimp, remove the shells and intestines, but leave the heads for later use.
2️⃣ Sauté the shrimp heads until fragrant, then add the cucumber and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the shrimp heads and discard them.
3️⃣ Fry the shrimp for 1 minute (30 seconds on each side), then add the cucumber and stir-fry for 1 minute. Season and serve.
📌Note: In the video, the "cucumber" refers to what is known as "qinggua" in Hong Kong, and is commonly known as "da huanggua" in other Chinese-speaking regions.
