Pizza on my mind & I know its on your mind too, no this is not dominos style pizza, this is proper pizza & way better than that bready pizza, I think its a good skill to learn & figuring out how to make this on my gas top is just an added advantage, so if you want to have & make better pizza & definitely a healthier dough too, do try this & let me know what you think.
Ingredients
For the dough
1 1/2 cup refined flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp / 8 gm yeast (mixed with some water)
1 cup water
For the pizza sauce
3 tbsp veg oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tsp chopped garlic
Season with salt pepper & sugar
1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup tomato puree
Rava for baking
3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
Topping of choice
In the oven bake at 250c for 10 mins
