For AVNRT, pseudo R waves is just one feature,
You will also see that the atrial and ventricular rhythms are the SAME, because all the impulses going around the node are reaching the ventricles.
Also since this is still supraventricular, you get QRS narrow only (i.e. a NC tachycardia) (which means ventricles are contracting fine)
Heart rate may go over 150 bpm.
