Where do I submit the application for a Temporary Resident Visa made outside Canada?
Applicants should submit their applications for temporary resident visas to the processing office best informed to assess their case, thus strengthening program integrity and security.
Each application needs to be submitted to the office which is responsible for providing services in one of the following countries:
● Country in which the applicant has been lawfully admitted (either as a permanent resident or a visitor)
● Applicant's country of nationality
● Country of habitual residence for stateless applicants
