Slippery Rocks & Salmon: Fishing the SA Flood Watch

The weather in South Australia was rough today—we're currently under a flood watch, but that didn't stop me from heading down to the local marina to see what was biting!

It was a tough session with incredibly slippery rocks and some tricky conditions, which led to a few lost fish, but I managed to secure a Salmon and a nice crab for the table. In this video, I take you through my process for cleaning up the catchfrom skinning and filleting to removing the blood line for the perfect fillet plus, cooking up a grab.
