❗️ If you are wondering how to rebrand Company and Help Center in Zoho Desk, this video tutorial will help you. Talking about rebranding in Zoho Desk, it is important to know that there are two types: Company and Help Center.
⚡️ Let's begin with company settings. First, go to rebranding in the general section and click on the company logo and favicon. Add a logo you have designed in Favicon and enter a URL to be redirected when one clicks on your organization's logo. Map a domain by clicking on the blue button, enter the domain name, and verify ownership and SSL. If you want to change the portal name, add it to the portal name page.
In case your company manages several brands, it is more convenient to have a role separated from help centers. Make sure you enable the multi-brands function and each department will have its own portal channels and setup users.
⚡️ For rebranding, your help center, go to Channels, Help Center rebrand and repeat the steps mentioned earlier. Upload the company logo, favicon, enter a logo link-back URL, and if necessary change the Help Center name.
