The Government of Oman has announced Fully Funded Scholarships 2025-2026 for international students, including Pakistanis, under the Omani Program for Cultural and Scientific Cooperation.
✅ No IELTS Required
✅ No Application Fee
✅ Multiple Universities & Majors
✅ Monthly Stipend + Free Tuition + Air Tickets
📖 Scholarship Coverage:
100% tuition fee waiver
Monthly stipend (OMR 140–200 depending on housing)
One round-trip air ticket per academic year
Accommodation support (if not provided, stipend is higher)
📌 Eligibility:
Pakistani nationality
Intermediate (Grade 12) completed within last 3 years
Age ≤ 23 years
Medically fit
📑 Required Documents:
Valid passport
Intermediate certificate (or equivalent)
Omani equivalency certificate
English proficiency (if available)
