This can be for getting promoted to manager, and promotions all the way up to the C-Suite!

The first ingredient is Performance, doing the best work you can do and being a top performer, which is obvious, but they found that Performance only contributes to 10% of career success!

The other two ingredients are less obvious, and often go ignored, so I'll walk through 3 strategies to get a promotion, beyond doing my best work.
