If the model file used to create the aligner is not compatible with DAD, please use the “Make Solid” function in Meshmixer to convert it to a shell type.
Alternatively, when exporting from your orthodontic software, please export the model as a single shell.
For detailed instructions, please contact the software provider of the orthodontic software you are using.
