Big ideas: Digestion Starts North - South
Take deep breaths before eating. Start off each meal with warm lemon water or broth. Eat slowly. Putting your fork down in between bites.
Hydration
Berkey water filter: https://www.berkeyfilters.com
Jumping point: 1/2 your body weight in ounces, never exceeding 100 oz.
Drinking 16 ounces of water first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything else. Adding in Pink or grey salt to help absorption.
