Exploring Portugal's Algarve - Offroad Day Trip in a Land Rover

If you're visiting the Algarve, and looking for a day trip that's a little different, and that will take you off the beaten track, a day exploring the region in an old Land Rover with Frontera might just be for you!

In this video we explore the Algarve region of Portugal in an off-road 4x4, a classic Land Rover.

We start near to the coast in Alvor and Portimao where we learn about some of the fishing heritage of the region, including a visit to the local Life Boat Museum.

Then cut inland, driving through vineyards to reach the city of Silves to visit it's castle.

The tarmac was then left behind us, as we took to off road trails to start ascending Monchique, finishing the day in the clouds above the region.
