The combination of Monitor and Abuse (While in a Chase, your Terror Radius is increased by 8 metres.
Otherwise your Terror Radius is decreased by 8 metres and your Field Of View is considerably increased) and the add-ons Bone Clapper (Survivors can no longer discern the Wailing Bell's distance or direction) and "The Ghost" - Soot (After uncloaking, The Wraith's Terror Radius and Red Stain will remain suppressed for 6 seconds) should make for an interesting stealthy build.
