1: Get level 30 Fishing Life Skill
2: Use your basic Float Fishing skill as long as you get 5 stacks of Off The Hook buff. There's a chance you get a stack every time you do normal use of the skill.
3: Do Net Casting. Wait for 3 seconds to begin.
4: Keep smashing your spacebar to keep the thingy at the yellow or orange area for the amount of time shown on the left. DON'T smash too hard or it will go to the top and fail. DON'T smash too light, or it will drop to the bottom and will fail too.
It takes some time to get used to it. You will get EXP even if you fail it, so no worries there if you don't get it in the first 3-10 tries.
