This 1955 Ford 292 Y-Block V8 was just rebuilt, and after being run and leak-checked on the test stand, our body technicians cleaned, prepped, and painted the engine before install. It's now wearing the correct red, albeit a bit shiner then it was in 1955! This "new" vintage Ford V8 engine is going back under the hood of a shiny black 1955 Ford Thunderbird.
