In this video, I'm sharing with you some tips for preparing for the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination1 (MCCQE1). This is the first step on the Path to Registration as a Doctor in Canada.
IMGs (international medical graduates), like myself, have been through the experience of the Medical Council of Canada Examination personally. This examination is an important part of the process of becoming a doctor in Canada. After watching this video, you'll be better prepared to succeed on the MCCQE1.

My name is Rajeev Iyer. I completed my MBBS from Bangalore Medical College, India, and my Anesthesia from PGIMER, Chandigarh, India. I have worked as a Consultant in India. I went to the University of Toronto in Canada, and I completed fellowships there. I finished the first part of the Medical Council of Canada Examination and became a Permanent Resident in Canada. Then I moved to the USA on an H1B Visa. I got a Green Card via EB-1 and now am a US Citizen. I am Anesthesiology & Pediatric Anesthesiology certified in the USA.
