The massive gathering for Charlie Kirk on Sunday was more than just a funeral — it was a message.

A 200,000-person crowd inundated the stadium inside and out, and millions around the world watched live. They prayed for, celebrated and mourned a man who brought them all together. Multitudes in red, white and blue. Yet these faithful, and Kirk himself, have been mostly disregarded by the mainstream media — or worse, slandered by it — for their Christian faith and conservative values.

Let us hope and pray this momentum continues, namely, people will now feel safe to speak out against the ludicrous proclamations of the left. For believers, like Charlie, the key is fearlessly proclaiming the gospel of Christ no matter what the setting and what the opposition may be. ISIS reportedly called upon Muslims to use any means necessary to kill “Christians and Jews” in the United States and Europe, with a specific focus on France, in an edition of its Arabic-language magazine.

Although the so-called Islamic State has lost its physical Caliphate after it was defeated under the first Trump administration, ISIS radicals continue to advocate for their strict interpretation of the Islamic religion and seek to influence impressionable young Muslims in the West to commit acts of terror in its name.

Threats to believers in Christ certainly are not something new. However, today, there is an urgency for us to wisely proclaim the message of Jesus, to fearlessly talk to people about why they should believe. A huge part of this is knowing the Scripture, the words of Jesus, and quoting what He said.

It’s crucial that the world realize that the claims of Jesus, as being the one way to reach the one God is not, our message, it is His message! We didn’t make it up. We are merely stating what He said.

At the same time, our unbelieving world is trying to negate what the Lord has loudly proclaimed in His Word over and over again... Israel, and Israel alone, has the right to the Promised Land.
