This is Week 6 of training—the halfway point in my build to race day—and I’m trying to stay consistent even while on vacation on a cruise ship. I had to grind out my long run on a treadmill (absolutely terrible), but getting it done mattered more than comfort this week.
I also ran into a new "injury" problem - I share what caused it and what I’ll do differently next time to keep training without setbacks. Plus, I’m doing a running gear review of what I use to train while running: the essentials I pack and what actually helps
