Horrific tweet from China is a military strategy to 'demoralise, deligitimise ADF'

Описание: Sky News host Rowan Dean says China's tweeting a fake image of an Australian soldier holding a knife to the throat of a child is part of a military strategy to demoralize the ADF and deligitimise them in the eyes of the world.

The doctored image – which has not been censored by Twitter despite being faked – were published by China’s foreign ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian who said he was “shocked by murder of Afghan civilians & prisoners by Australian soldiers”.

“The Chinese military, what they are doing here, they are doing Sun Tzu’s art of war,” Mr Dean said.

“They are attacking our army; they have spotted our weakness.

“They have gone right; we can do two things. We can demoralize the Australian defense forces and at the same time we can delegitimize them in the eyes of the world.

“That is the game that’s being played.

“I don’t think it has anything to do with anything else.

“This is a purely military strategy to make our army, the most elite and respected SAS in the world, suddenly trash their reputation and demoralize the forces.”
