Описание: I know, I know, I said I wasn't going to talk about anxiety anymore. It's been around 2 months since I updated the channel with regards to my own personal journey with anxiety. And truth be told, I kinda missed talking to you guys.

A few people reached out to me on social media and on here and asked how I've been doing, so I thought it's only right that I take the time to keep you up to date.

My anxiety has been kept quiet, but that's only down to a lack of me doing anything of any real significance. I'll break it down for you in the video, give it a watch.
