Fresh Case Against YSRCP Social Media Activist for Allegedly Threatening MLA Bode Prasad

Описание: YSCP social media activist Malapati Vijay Bhaskar Reddy, who recently secured bail, allegedly called Penmaluru MLA Bode Prasad of Krishna district and threatened him, saying 'You were the one who got me jailed — let's see how you and your family move around freely.' He also made inappropriate remarks about the MLA's family members and posted provocative content on social media targeting the MLA and TDP workers. Following a complaint by the MLA, a case has been registered against him. Vijay Bhaskar Reddy, who is based in London, had previously posted obscene content on social media against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, Minister Lokesh, and their family members, leading to his arrest when he visited Penmaluru. He had also assaulted police officers during his arrest, resulting in additional charges, and spent about a month and a half in jail before being released on conditional bail. After the court recently lifted the conditions, he reportedly traveled abroad and has resumed making provocative remarks against ruling alliance leaders. Police have warned that his bail will be revoked for violating bail conditions, and the MLA has urged authorities to take strict action against him.
