Do you want to be able to paint from your soul? Then you'll need to know the difference between Mind Art and Soul Art. Mind Art is art that's made from the mind level. You make it because you think you "should" or you want to represent something like a photo or a reference. Soul Art is art that comes from inside. It's art that only YOU can make and it tends to be more raw, authentic and honest.

To make soul art, you need to start with setting the intention. You also want to think of it as a process of allowing what wants to come through - instead of planning every step out with the mind.
