Описание: 1450年ごろ仏教の影響のもと唱えられた祓いの祝詞である六根清浄。当時は人の五感（視覚・聴覚・嗅覚・味覚・触覚）と、心（意識）を清めて、悩みや囚われから解放されることを目的としました。
◎日々の始めと終わりにこの祝詞を唱え、瞑想のように己が心と向き合う豊かな時間を習慣として持っていた日本人だからこそ、今のこの社会が比較的美しく平和に営まれているのでしょう。
もしかしたら逆に、この六根清浄祝詞の持てる力により、その人の生き方や心のあり方が自然と整い、その人だけに向けて、平和で安心できる環境になってゆくというのが正しいのかもしれません。なのでこの祝詞は、私たちの社会を積極的に刷新し、生きやすく楽しい環境を整えたいのなら、その第一歩は一人一人が自分の心を見直して変えることから始めようと教えてくれているのです。

This Shinto purification prayer was chanted under the influence of Buddhism around 1450. Its purpose is to purify one's five senses (sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch) and mind (consciousness), thereby liberating one from worries and captivity.
It is perhaps precisely because Japanese people have made it a habit to chant this Rokkon Seijo prayer at the beginning and end of each day, and to spend quality time facing their own hearts like in meditation, that today's society is run so beautifully and peacefully.
Perhaps the power of this Rokkon Seijo prayer can naturally bring a person's way of life and state of mind into order, creating a peaceful and secure environment for that person.
If we want to proactively renovate society and the environment, and create an environment that is easy and enjoyable to live in, the first step is perhaps this prayer, which encourages each individual to examine and change their own heart.
