Pepper sprayed from head to toe in jail naked withdrawing from Fentanyl - Owen Culpepper

Описание: Owen Culpepper is a great friend of mine who was homeless for 10 years. He was addicted to Fentanyl, Crack Cocaine, Flakka, Heroin, Oxycodone, Xanax & more. His stories of experiencing the streets are here to educate and describe the lifestyle of something no one should have to go through. He is a healthy member of society today with a great job, a nice home and people he looks after. If Owen Culpepper can change so can anyone who is struggling with addiction.

In this video Owen describes his experience trying to get out of jail while withdrawing from Fentanyl and the cops try to restrain him. When he began resisting they tried to contain him using pepper spray which forced the opiate withdrawals to happen quicker. They unloaded to riot cans of pepper spray on Owen Culpepper while he was naked in his cell.
