The Autobeam Performance brake kit consists of 2 of their LED brake units. These replacement LED bulbs not only look super cool, like little lightsabers!, but also are easy to install and should be super bright!.

In this video, I show you the install step by step so you can have the performance LED brake light bulbs from Autobeam in your Ford Focus RS in no time!

As the units require no additional resistors or parts, changing from the old bulbs to the Autobeam LED version, gives an extra modern, stylish look to the Focus RS in a very short amount of time!

I was hoping that these would be nice and bright in both day and night time scenarios but oddly when I installed them they didn't seem that bright. I initially put it down to being a very bright day so waited for night time to really see them in action. To say that I was dissapointed is an understatement - they are no brighter than the stock bulbs somehow. They still have the benefits of looking cool in the housing, being instant on/off and should last longer than the standard bulb but honestly I am not sure if it was worth the time and money!

I have reached out to Autobeam who tell me they are working on a new version that should project better hopefully so once that becomes available - watch this space!
