HELLOO!! i've recently been hearing a lot of my favorite artists talking about keeping an "idea sketchbook", one where you put all of your art ideas into so you can save some mental energy for the real art process! i decided i wanted one, because i tend to struggle a lot with coming up with ideas. my biggest complaint is that i feel like i don't have any ideas, and thus...art only occasionally gets made. however!!! i'm trying to fix this! anyways, first things first, i wanted to design the front/back cover of the sketchbook.
side note: LOTS of yapping on this one, be prepared for that 😭
other side note: i started thumbnailing sketches BEFORE beginning the real sketch, and i highly recommend this practice!
