Описание: Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems have become an important tool in reducing NOx emissions from diesel engines. SCR is the catalysed chemical reaction that reduces NOx to water and nitrogen. Emission standards require engine manufacturers to reduce certain engine emissions and SCR is used on a number of Perkins engines to do this. SCR requires a second fluid – diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) – and Perkins has developed our SCR systems to maximise the efficient use of this fluid.
