For this first you have to download and install stvp software from St microelectronics website.After that open the software.
In main option you can see configure option, click on the option ,Kindly select your programmer first, then select swim protocol and your microcontroller.
After that in file option open your hex code.
Then open the program menu and click on the current tab to upload the program.
