Why the early move?
The Four Seasons residences at East Village are already roughly 50% sold, with two- and three-bedroom hotel residences completely sold out—prompting the Waldorf Astoria to come to market sooner than planned.
Here’s what’s been released so far:
• Waldorf Astoria will feature two towers
– A hotel tower with hotel residences (nightly rentals allowed)
– A private residence tower (not yet released, pricing TBD)
• Hotel Residence Pricing (now available):
– 2-bedroom residences: low $4M → $6.5M+
– 3-bedroom residences: ~$5.75M → ~$9.5M
– 4- & 5-bedroom residences: starting around $10M+
•Total inventory:
– 56 hotel residences
– 49 private residences (future release)
Additional context worth knowing:
• The Grand Hyatt residences at East Village are essentially sold out, with only a handful of remaining opportunities
• Demand for rentable, branded luxury residences continues to exceed expectations
• This confirms East Village as a long-term luxury hub—not just a ski expansion
