With just a few days left for the Telangana Assembly elections, the war of words between the Congress, BJP and the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) is heating up as the leaders criticise each other.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused the BRS of betraying the people of Telangana and said there was no difference in the party ruling the state and the Congress party.
Meanwhile, BRS leader KT Rama Rao (KTR) took a jibe at Congress MP Rahul Gandhi saying April 1 -- April fool's day -- could be celebrated as 'Pappu Divas'. He added that only the BRS can defeat the Prime Minister.
Rahul Gandhi also slammed the BRS government in the state saying the party and the BJP were working together.
