Tui Magic Life Fuerteventura Review

This holiday what we expected for a all inclusive on a spanish island. The site was pretty, food was ok repetitive (as expected in a all inclusive) but we didn't go hungry, im a vegetarian and there was always something for me too. The rooms were standard with everything you needed but to be a 4*plus id expect a little more attention to detail.

The hotel is on the Tui site as a 4* plus and 4.2 out of 5 on trip advisor. Comparing to other hotels we have stayed in, in other countries we would probably rate about a 3.5 - 4.
The staff were friendly and rooms cleaned every day. You can also go to the shop to change your pool towel daily. Bar staff are great they remembered our order and usually had it made before we got to the front of the queue. Animation team worked hard but they could probably do with a few more members tbh.

If you are a group of adults or a active family wanting to do a lot of sports like football, tennis bike riding etc its great, but as a family with younger ones id say there isn't much to do. Poolside entertainment is limited to a game and aqua fit in the morning followed by the same in the afternoon, Many of the games are over 16's though some did allow the kids to join in. if there isn't enough people to join in the game like water polo, there is no plan B there is just no game. the foam party was great the kids loved it, it lasted around 40 minutes. For many this is ok but Previous hotels we have stayed at (on other islands) the animation team have provided more family poolside entertainment.
Munch is a bit old of kids club now so he couldn't give a review on that this time.

There is a great variety of sun loungers and places to tan wether you want to be around the music or in a quieter area.

The kids mini disco started around 8pm so was quite a wait for them after dinner and evening entertainment started around 9 in the theatre followed by the music/entertainment in the bar after. There was a different programme each day, things like a white party (take white clothes), silent disco, karaoke, latino party, and the odd game of bingo to fill time between shows. everyone seemed to have a good time and the people we met were great :)
Its a mixture mainly of english and german guests and catered well for both.

Our main issue is with the allergies, if you have seen our videos before you will know munch has a nut allergy and i do my best to pick hotels that cater for this. We went to guest relations as advised and let them know and said the kitchen staff would make sure there was something for him. Most meal times the kitchen staff had no idea or we would be waiting a long time for someone who understood and they had no cake dessert alternative for him. i know there is ice cream and fruit but he's more of a cake kid and with all the options they could never seem to say this cake has no nuts. The food is poorly labelled either with the wrong label or none at all which wasn't helpful not just for nut allergies but for all allergies dietary requirements. Also if you have mobility issues although there are ramps and lifts, its very hilly with uneven paths in places so please keep this in mind.

Overall for us as a family we had a nice relaxing break but wouldn't return to this hotel. You like many others may really enjoy it though :)
