As we continue to navigate through the holiday season, I wanted to take some time and spend an intimate moment with you. While the holiday season can be a time to slow down, to make beautiful memories with family and friends. The reality is, it also can be a time that feels a bit triggering or lonely for some.

If you're having a tough time right now, be gentle with yourself. Take some deep breaths and know that you got this. Know that you're not alone. #YANA I may not be there physically with you, but I am sending you virtual energy, virtual strength and a virtual hug.

I want you to know that in this moment you are enough! You are a gift and I believe in you in every fiber of my being and I am right here cheering you on. I love you and I wish you an extraordinary season of joy, happiness, and self care.
